Why book with MacKenna?

Planning a trip can feel overwhelming. There’s almost too much information online and your time is valuable. That’s where I come in. My job is to make sure you skip the “just okay” and head straight to the “absolutely amazing.” The best part? I’ve been there (no stock photos here), so you benefit from my firsthand experience and insider knowledge. I do all of the work to plan your unforgettable vacation so all you have to worry about is drafting your out of office message.

About MacKenna

A woman in a blue jacket standing on a large rock by a calm alpine lake with towering mountain peaks in the background.

I have traveled to 49 countries and I enjoy planning trips almost as much as I love going on them! I believe in really exploring a destination, so most of my visited countries include up to 10 different trips to that country. So, when I say I know a location, I really know it! Whether I’m planning a quick weekend away or an epic trip with stops in multiple continents, countries, and cities, I find planning to be like putting together pieces of a puzzle — there’s always a way no matter the time constraints or budget! My go-to trips involve a mix of relaxation, adventure, nature (if you can involve animals, I’m all in!), and of course, plenty of opportunities to eat great food and sip beverages while staring at a gorgeous view.

Whether it’s an African safari, a beach getaway, a road trip through Europe or a long weekend, I’ve got you.

Perks of Using MacKenna’s Travels

MacKenna’s Travels is powered by Fora Travel, which means I work with tons of top travel brands and hotels worldwide. I have partnerships with major preferred partner programs like Virtuoso, Four Seasons, Rosewood Elite, Hyatt Prive, IHG, and so many more, so you’ll get access to awesome VIP perks you can’t get when booking on your own (think free breakfasts, spa credits, surprise perks, and room upgrades).

So the better question, is why would you not use a travel planner?
